I rarely get incensed with ignorant people but, when my dollars are being spent and I have to deal with a person who is not only unprofessional but, is also un-caring. This is my worst dental experience ever!! I was referred to Dr. Ho by a colleague and from the beginning the billing lady named Julie acted like she had an issue with something. Not only was she rude, short and condescending but, she is incompetent. Check your receipts because she is an accounting person who does not know math, I told her I wanted to pay out of pocket to conserve insurance dollars and she told me it would be $70. Mind you I had already seen an endodontics who sent their report with x-ray to Dr. Ho’s office. I told her I wanted to maximize my dental insurance dollars and she made me feel as though I wanted her to do some insurance scam? wtf? Right there I should have known they are in it for the shake down. Doctor showed me a model of the implant, took 10 minutes looking for the pen he dropped, looked at the x-ray, threw on the gloves, and told me to open and took a quick look. No bite or stress test – not even a question of “are you feeling any pain” – nothing.
