My surgery with Dr. Jackson had many unexpected outcomes. All surgeries carry some amount of risk and I have to live the rest of my life with very unfortunate results. My case was complex and I am not sure that I would have had better results with a different surgeon. I can that Dr. Jackson has a complete lack of empathy and will not assist patients with a poor outcome.
About Front Desk: Indifferent. The most caring receptionist is no longer there. The remaining staff exists to cover Dr. Jackson's ass.
