Dr. English came with great reviews from my peers in the medical field. I made sure he was in my Net-work for Dentistry as I've had many Dentist that told me as I got older I would have problems with Torres. Well now I'm older and having problems. He point blank stated " Insurance Co. would not reimburse him enough to do the surgery as it timely and difficult and just not worth his time" I had just come from my annual cleaning and x-rays and brought an referral. They took more X-rays and are billing me as he didn't put in for doing surgery. Now I'm left with a Bill for x-rays I had done a few days before as Insurance isn't going to pay twice. He could have just lifted my tongue and said not worth my time.

About Front Desk: Didn't listen to me that I just had a full panel x-ray done. Didn't pull up records in Met to see what they would get paid for. Not recommend this office at all.
