I had jaw surgery done by Dr. Holmes about 12 years ago (I was 15 years old). Going from the Bugs Bunny smile to model perfection. It was expensive, but he his office got the insurance to cover some of the costs. He explained EVERYTHING as it would go. I remember him having a HUGE checklist.
