Overall the procedure went very well and my daughter recovered without complications. The problem with this office is that they practice double billing and will be reported for it. Although my insurance covered the anesthesia at 80% they had me pay the full amount up front. It has been almost 2 months and I have not been reimbursed
About Front Desk: As above, they need to know that their billing practices are illegal.
