Dr. Ricci is very professional and thorough. He's also gentle and concerned about the customer's confort level and how much pain he/she is experiencing. Most of the procedures have been relatively pain free. He has state of the art computer equipment and can make the crowns right on the premises. I've never had a problem with any procedure he's done.
