Dr. Swanson did not explain ANYTHING! His staff did not explain aftercare and complications arose which Dr. Swanson refused to address. Dr. Swanson would not listen that my pain was not decreasing, refused to give additional pain medications, I had to get my own antibiotics from my primary care doctor for the infection that arose because he refused to treat it! I also had to get my own tooth packing supplies because he refused to believe I had an infection or that I was in that much pain that my tooth needing packing. I had to get my own clove oil and everything to change it daily because he wouldn't! Does not listen to patients and I WILL NEVER GO BACK OR LET ANYONE I KNOW GO THERE!!!! SERIOUSLY WORST MEDICAL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. 2 days after I FINALLY got antibiotics from my primary doctor, my pain went away. 1 week after antibiotics, I was able to stop packing my tooth! Also the facility was dirty, unkept, and it took the doctor 20mins to extract my tooth AFTER waiting 2hrs over my scheduled appointment time

About Front Desk: Rude. Office area is messy and not tidy. I could hear them talking negatively about other patients at their desk. Very unfriendly and unhelpful. When you call with questions, they are answered with rude remarks
