I had an extremely painful toothache that caused an infection and ended up being four days of agony before I could have tooth (back bottom molar) pulled. (Originally sent for root canal, but tooth was determined to be unrecoverable.) I was in so much pain, with swelling, etc. and had never even had a cavity so I was very scared and nervous. Dr. Lechtenberg was so professional and kind to me, and did a wonderful job on what turned out to be a bit of a difficult extraction. I gave four stars under 'pain, stress and anxiety' because the novacaine did elimate all pain. I was actually very stressed and anxious during the procedure but Dr. Lechtenberg was wonderful and I can only imangine how I would've felt if he hadn't been so great. In other words, the stress was on me, not the staff, and I was very well taken care of. I highly recommend Dr. Lechtenberg because he was the first doctor in a four-day ordeal who treated me well, and took care of me. I have healed well, and I believe him to be highly skilled.
