My pre-op appointment, subsequent surgery, and post surgery appointments were all very pleasant experiences. Dr. Fried is professional, extremely knowledgable and concerned about the level of pain that I was experiencing. During my pre-op visit, he explained what the procedures that he was going to perform during the surgery so I knew what to expect. He answered any questions that I had and gave me as much time that I needed. I was very comforatble with his 'bed side manner". He performed surgery on the inside of my lip and it was completely successful. His staff is very polite, curteous and friendly. I was able to make appointments to accommodate my schedule. Follow up visits were included and were also a pleasurable experience. The office is clean and a relaxing environment. I would definitely recommend Dr. Fried to my friends and family.
