My son had his 4 impacted wisdom teeth removed by Dr Chavez. He never needed his pain meds and barely needed a nap to feel recovered. He never understood why everyone made such a big deal out of this procedure (and a splinter in his finger will bring him to his knees!)
I was extremely pleased with the procedure, Dr Chavez's manner of dealing with me and my son, the front desk's helpfulness and approachablity, and any contact I've had with the office.
We did have some problems when they did not believe me in which of our insurances should be primary and so we're still sorting out if everything we're billed with should be billed. However they are not harassing us over the bill or being anything but helpful.
