I was referred to Dr Jones. We had a scheduled appointment. I had to pull my child out of school & I rushed to get to my scheduled appt after waiting 20, 30, 40 minutes. I asked if we were next on the list the receptionist said yes we would be next. After 1 hour later someone was called before us. So after that I said no way cancel us. I will not go back or recommend anyone this this Dr. If I was late or did not make it on time. I would get charged. So where is the courtesy? I would of appreciated someone to let me know if they were running behind so I would not have to rush & pull my child out of school. Very poor customer service!!!!!
