Arrogant and dismissive. My 10 yr old son has been through a few dental procedures without issue. My son was screaming it hurts and could feel it when he pulled his tooth out. My husband told him to stop and by then it was out. The dentist was dismissive and said he didn't feel a thing it was just pressure. My son has never cried at the dentist. He was crying and screaming in pain. Obviously, it hurt. Why would it hurt if it was allowed enough time to numb? The exact experience I tried NOT to allow. He said all with a smile to me that well he's fine. Why would you tell your patient you don't feel it. My husband is an RN and knows how to treat adults and children. And we know the difference between him complaining or pain. Unacceptable treatment to me. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.

About Front Desk: They were polite and helpful. Too bad they ignored my comments about my son took a while to get numb in his last dental procedure... please allow for some extra time for him to get numb.
