Dr. Davey seems to me to be a very good dentist. I especially liked the TV and radio in the rooms. The hygentist took it very easy on me with the cleanings and they were very informative.
I did, however, have a problem with the billing. The Dr .has moved up to premier service, so if I continued to go there, I would have to pay extra. I was told by the accountant that I was 100% covered for cleanings. After I got the cleaning, I recieved a bill. After calling the provider, I come to find out, that with the new plan, I'm covered 100%, but only up to a certain amount. They made me pay the extra, even though they said I was covered. Plus, when I told them that I was going to change dentists, they told me I would be missing out on their great customer service. What ever happened to pleasing the customer.
