I went to Dr Olejko to have my lower jaw broken and reset to correct an underbite. I went to his office over the course of two years as he worked closely with my orthodontist. I found his front desk staff to be very warm and helpful. After my surgery, I spent one week on bed rest and an additional three on liquid foods only (I'm still sick of milkshakes!). I felt rather groggy the first few days, but the overall pain was minor. When I first met with Dr Olejko, he explained that there was a risk that I might loose all feeling in my lower jaw, but I am happy to say that after 6 months I have regained all feeling. After spending 12 years in and out of orthodontics, I would happily recommend Dr Olejko to anyone looking for an oral surgeon.
Beware of the previous post! Dr Olejko's wife does not work in his office. I actually met her once and she's an accountant.
