My 3 year old son had a cyst on his gums. During the procedure of slicing it (because Dr. Duffy either didn't give sufficient anesthesia/ or didn't wait long enough for it to work), my son's blood curdling screams will forever haunt me. I was in the procedure room and he disregarded my concerns for my son completely.
