I walked in with perfect health, yet left with permanent injury.
The procedure was the roughest & most painful I've ever experienced in a dental chair.
I've lost full motion in my jaw, cannot chew properly, & have chronic swelling that causes daily pain.
The "doctor" denies any contribution.
