Dr. Shipp is THE BEST dentist I've ever been to. He takes into consideration complete health BEFORE proceeding with dental procedures. Being a Type 1 diabetic, Dr. Shipp ALWAYS makes certain that my diabetes is under control, and I am fit to handle any dental treatment. He suggests a treatment plan to his patients, informs them of all options and time frames in which treatment should occur, and follows the plan based on what is medically necessary for a healthy mouth. He talks his patients thru' procedures so they are aware when sounds, sensations or pain may ensue. I have never been caught off guard by anything he's done, and I feel comfortable and safe in his care. Dr. Shipp has removed numerous amalgam fillings in my teeth that have cracked or breached over the past 40 years since they were first placed and has replaced them with superior materials. I no longer have ugly silver teeth that are decaying because of bacteria and other agents that have crept into those silver fillings; my teeth are healthy and beautiful. Costs ... sure, dental procedures are expensive these days. However, Dr. Shipp hasn't raised prices in the 6 years I've been going to him, and his work is worth every penny. He treats my entire family

About Hygienist: I never have to wait to be seen for appointments, Becky (front office) is always cheerful, hygienists and assistants are nice, the facility is always spic & span. Everyone is gentle and thorough. I have absolutely no complaints.
