Dr. Lai was a reasonable dentist. It was the office in TRACY, CA that I had the biggest problem with. The waiting room was terribly dirty and there were black ants all over the floor (baseboards and carpet). The chairs were stained and had big tears in the seat material. The office staff really could have been a little nicer too. But again, Dr. Lai was okay.
