I have bi-annual cleanings and have had several fillings and two gold crowns (he does stainless steel and ceramic as well). He made the initial diagnosis of a matter beyond my teeth for the long-term attention of an oral surgeon, catching it early. I experience truly minimal pain; he puts me totally at ease during procedures, with the same applying to his staff. My teeth have some continuing issues and Dr. Terry has been up-front about the different approaches he can take, the time-scale involved, what's really important to address, what I can ignore for now, and importantly, what the actual cost of each approach will be. So far I've had no problems with Delta Dental and my co-payments have been reasonable. His chair-side manners are one of the reasons I keep coming back. Sue at the front desk is very helpful and most accommodating when it comes to changes in appointments and the timing of reminders due to the distance I now live at. The highest compliment I can pay Dr. Terry is that having now moved from Castro Valley to Roseville, I still happily make the hundred-mile drive each way to see him. I will not give up a first-rate dentist for a little driving time.

About Hygienist: More than one hygienist has worked with me, but all have been friendly, thorough, as gentle as they can be, given the job they must do, and my teeth are certainly clean when they're done! They make me wish I could achieve those results at home.
