Dr. Fred Matsumoto is very professional. There is no waiting if you get in at the scheuled time, you will be seen on time. He knows what he is doing and does not cause more pain than absolutely necesary. If you ask for a specific treatment, he can tell you if he does that kind of work or not without passing judgement on the procedure.
He does not do implants, but works with skilled people who do that. Same for oral surgery.
He is not the cheapest, but he wil work with your insurance and will estimate your out of pocket costs before the procedure is started.
Front desk is top notch, manned by a professional assistant who is very efficient. The hygienists are also professional and efficent.
