About Front Desk: The staff seems nice enough. My husband had oral surgery there, and I was told to return 30 minutes later, and I did. Long story short, I waited an additional HOUR on top of the time they initially told me. No one came out to tell me this was the case--I had to keep asking the front desk how much longer it would be. It seemed like they didn't care. I don't think we would return to this office ever again just because of the hassle. If you want good customer service, go somewhere else.
