She repeatedly chose to do the opposite of what was originally decided for my treatment. For instance: from the very beginning I was to recevie implants and she decided we were just going to take off the braces and get bridges. I had to constantly tell her that was NOT what I wanted or what was in my file for the original plan. SHe would also 'play dumb' EVERY time I would go in there and ask " So what are we doing again? Who is doing your implants? What is your dentist's name"? It was beyond upsetting and frustrating. If she was that adamant to no longer treat me she should have refunded my money and let me leave. By delaying and wallowing and blocking the process I was unable to have my braces off for my wedding AND I still have them on today when I am just about to give birth because we have now gone an extra year more than I was told it would take. I would NEVER recommend Dr. Yamada. DoNOT waste your time.
