Great office, great staff and great attention to detail in every way. I love Dr. Nappen and his staff. I love the new smile that they helped me have. People are always complimenting me on my beautiful smile and teeth. Dr. Nappen is a perfectionist about orthodontic treatment but more importantly he is like a friend to his many patients. You can tell that he cares about the people he is treating and that he cares about his staff. The office is very clean, attractively decorated, friendly and comfortable. I shopped around for orthodontist and Dr. Nappen was not the cheapest but he was far from the most expensive. He won my heart when he took the time to explain that many orthodontist would treat my problems by taking out 4 adult teeth but he would only treat me if I agreed to do it without removing any teeth. He explained it would be more challenging for him to treat with out removing the teeth but that he knew that I would be much happier with the bite and the appearance of the smile. He was sure right about that. I love my new smile and so do all my friends and relatives.

This very popular orthodondist is very low-key and pleasant to work with. He gets good results, and the dental assistants who work with him are all great with kids.
