I've been attending Dr. Razo's office in Chula Vista for the past 3yrs. I was that person to dread my visits and get nervous every time I had a dental appointment. Not anymore, her facility is spotless, her staff is professional and friendly and provides a flat screen monitor (in the ceiling and head phones) while they clean your teeth.
I am very impressed with her practice and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dentist. I look forward to my visits with Dr. Razo knowing that it will be PAIN-FREE and very relaxing.

Dr. Razo and her nurses have always made you feel at ease instantly and throughout the visits, and this hasn't changed even after she moved to some top-notch facilities some years back. Insurance and payments aren't perfectly coordinated (are they ever?) but it's usually nothing you and the staff can't handle. A bit high-end in price, but you get more than what you pay for in service. Highly recommended!

Dr. Razo herself is a good and kind dentist, but what hurts her appeal is her customer service staff. I was not treated with respect by one in particular, and it has occured more than one time by the same individual. I am looking for a new dentist. I do not feel comfortable any longer.

Dr Razo is a very nice, caring person, who cares for her patients well being..I recommend her because of her kindness to treat patients and for her distinguished work, and her commitment of being up to date with this profession...she does a magnificient work.
