Dr. Anderson is great! Very gentle with the patients and makes even the harder visits very stress free. My son needed expander and phase one braces back years ago and now he is on phase two of his braces. People always told me braces were painful and hard to eat after adjustments but this office takes everything slow and my son never had any issues with this. I had heard stories of braces coming off and repeat visits with other orthodontic doctors but we have only returned once for a broken wire in all of the years. Dr. Anderson even met us at his office on a day that they were closed to fix it.

About Front Desk: The front staff is great! The insurance coverage is explained in writing the first day and payment options are very clear.

I am an older adult who wore full braces for a year. Overall, I was very pleased with the entire experience. Dr. Anderson was very thorough with his explanation of my treatment choices and plan, he was always on time and the results were as he promised. I am thrilled with my results and would highly recommend Dr. Anderson.

About Front Desk: The staff at Dr. Anderson's office are wonderful. Everyone is very polite, friendly and courteous. I always felt very comfortable in the office.

If you're an older adult and don't want to wear braces on the front of your teeth, this is the place to go. It is more expensive to have incognito braces but at my age it was well worth the investment. I am so happy with the result and it really didn't take that much time. They were on from October of one year until December of the next. The staff is like family and you are treated as a friend. They are very generous with their time and I enjoyed leaving my visits with a nice cup of coffee!

I went to 3-4 different Ortho's in Detroit area, and Dr. Anderson was the most expensive of all. However, it was a fair trade off. Dr. Anderson addressed my request/concern straight forward, and was able to provide close to precise work plan right off the first appointment. For one reason or another (including location), I selected Dr. Anderson and I am glad that I did. The first few months was painful (as expected) but results were obvious and on time. I have a completely different and better bite now just after 10 months of treatment, and expecting to be completed hopefully in less than a year (every case has different treatment plan and timeline)

My daughter just completed orthodontist treatment with Dr. Anderson. The office was excellent - very professional! All appointments were on time. Although they have a wonderful waiting room - we never had to wait - not once in 1.5 years so we were never afforded the opportunity to enjoyed what the waiting room had to offer. They also had a wonderful drink bar - I did enjoy starbucks coffee during her visits. All the staff were extremely friendly and patient-oriented. This can not be emphasize enough. True priortity on the patient is seldom apart of the medical/dental service delivery, however you will find it here. Dr.Anderson is a very gentle, kind dentist. His work is very good - the outcome of the ortho work my daughter had done has met or exceeded our expectation. He also teaches at the U of M and his skills are truly unquestionable. I give this office the very highest ratings - realistically ortho work is expensive however he is very competitive with others in the area. Without hestitation - my son will be going to him in the next year or so!

I'm dental hygienist with knowledge of orthodontics and tmj disorders. Therefore it was critical that I find a knowledgable, progressive doctor to treat my three children. I have been very pleased with Dr. Anderson and his staff. They are not only knowlegeable and progressive but professional, friendly, caring and gentle. Dr. Anderson welcomes parents into the treatment area and embraces their questions. I have been very pleased with the function and cosmetic treatment Dr. Anderson has provided for my children. The office staff always greets you with a smile. They have been wonderful scheduling appointments, helping me with my insurance and setting up finanical arrangements. The atmosphere of the office is one of confidence and relaxation. I have actually enjoyed taking my children to their appointments.

Dr. Anderson has done all of the orthodontic work for our family. His office is extremely inviting, his staff is courteous and professional, and his skills are top notch. Our dentist sends her children to Dr. Anderson. The only down side is his limited availability because he teaches at U of M. The office is only open three days per week, which makes scheduling sometimes difficult.
