The one negative review of Dr Cosgrove cannot be true. He is kind, professional, well-experienced, and has an excellent reputation in Southeast Michigan. My brother, sister, myself, and many of my friends have received orthodontic treatment from Dr Cosgrove with fantastic results. And my two children just recently finished treatment from him as well. The cost and time (@10 years) listed in the other review is unheard of. We had "shopped around" before going with him again, and his rates were as good/competitive as they were when I was his patient, and were the best around, by far. He clearly knows what he's doing and will tell you up front everything you need to know about the process. And he will also tell you that you don't need braces, if that is the case. He is a true credit to his profession and still does outstanding work.
About Front Desk: The front desk staff is equally warm, courteous, and professional. They are very accommodating and flexible if you miss a payment, and always make you feel comfortable. If you need a payment plan, they are very reasonable and fair.

He should retire, he treated two of my children and now they need their braces on again. He made them worse and now they need surgery that he should have fixed the problem while their jaw was still growing. Do not go to him he hires his assistants with no experience, the last one was his waitress from big boys
