Dr. Lembck is a great orthodontist! I am extremely satisfied with the service and treatment I am receiving by her. My smile is looks incredible already. She is professional, kind, personable, punctual, patient, very efficient and always able to fit me in the schedule on an emergency basis. I have had not billing problems. Her staff is wonderful. The office is modern, up-to-date with technology and convienently located. She has weekend office hours and is open late during the week, which makes it awefully convienent. Dr. Lembck sees every patient at each visit. I do not feel rushed out the door and my questions are never left unanswered. I am so happy I have chosen Dr. Lembck as my orthodontist. I would highly recommend her to anyone!!!

Dr. Kate provides World Class Orthodontic treatment for her patients. Her practice is customer focused and provides excellence in care at a fair value.
The staff is organized and provides professional patient care.
Her practice is very successful and I would refer anyone that needed braces to Dr Kate.
Rarely do you need to wait for treatment. Her practice is well managed.
She accepts most insurances, this is a plus!!!
The design and cleaniless of the practice is superb!

Dr. Lembck is very condescending to her customers and patients. She lacks, severely, appreciation for her customers' business and chair-side manner. She charged "Excessive Breakage Charges" of $15 for the same tooth, which she cannot offer any proffessional prevenative assistance to ensure quality and proficient treatment. When we had a billing issue, we discovered that Dr. Lembck was in possible violation of the Fair Credit Billing Act set forth by the FTC, which is disgraceful since we were paid in full for over four months and our service is incomplete at this time. Nevertheless, this was the worst experience we've ever had as a family with a medical "professional" that is not covered under our insurance policy. She has failed to develop a doctor/patient relationship with my two sons or family. Her facilities are fairly new and in good shape, but the office is not open on a consistent basis for patient convenience, should you have an orthodontic emergency. There is also a high turnover rate for her staff, which could be due to her lack of professionalism and communication. Please talk to at least three of her patients prior to signing a contract. We find that it would be an injustice to refer her to a future patient.
