Dr. Lembck is very condescending to her customers and patients. She lacks, severely, appreciation for her customers' business and chair-side manner. She charged "Excessive Breakage Charges" of $15 for the same tooth, which she cannot offer any proffessional prevenative assistance to ensure quality and proficient treatment. When we had a billing issue, we discovered that Dr. Lembck was in possible violation of the Fair Credit Billing Act set forth by the FTC, which is disgraceful since we were paid in full for over four months and our service is incomplete at this time. Nevertheless, this was the worst experience we've ever had as a family with a medical "professional" that is not covered under our insurance policy. She has failed to develop a doctor/patient relationship with my two sons or family. Her facilities are fairly new and in good shape, but the office is not open on a consistent basis for patient convenience, should you have an orthodontic emergency. There is also a high turnover rate for her staff, which could be due to her lack of professionalism and communication. Please talk to at least three of her patients prior to signing a contract. We find that it would be an injustice to refer her to a future patient.
