Dr Kelly is a very consistent, competent, and kind dentist. Highly recommend.

After both our kids having been with Dr. Kelly for 7 years, we missed a single appointment and now they want to charge us a $300 fee (1/2 of treatment cost), even after a face to face appeal. Dr. Kelly obviously don't care about the patients he treats, as he and his staff were extremely rude to us when we attempted to explain that we had written in the appointment for the wrong week on our schedule. This is after 7 years of being a customer. Can you believe it? Their office is crazy busy, and I am guessing he is tired after 30 years of doing it. Slapping a $300 missed apt fee is a great way to pare down the foot traffic. I have the feeling I won't be missed a bit. It hurts. I would no longer recommend Dr. Kelly to my friends.

Since our first visit when kids were 4 and 6 respectively, both have LOVED going to the dentist. When I walked in and saw my 6 year old with the headphone on, watching a movie and swinging his leg as the dental hygentist worked on his cleaning, I knew this was the place for him. Our next visit was on Halloween and the office was all dressed up with Dr. Kelly wearing billy bob teeth. Kids loved it. Now my son is over 6 feet tall and still goes to Dr. Kelly, but now he drives himself. He never over charged for services. No cavities! Gave sound advise about braces. Was conservative and by waiting, was able to avoid braces for my daughter. She has a perfect smile that you never would have guessed would happen at 10 when ortho was pressing to put them on her.

I was so glad when I found Dr. Kelly for my then-3-years-old daughter. The previous dentist was horrible, My daughter had to be strapped in the chair and as the result, she was so scared every time a dental visit is mentioned. We have now been with Dr. Kelly for more than 3 years. My daughter loved him and could not wait for every appointment with Dr. Kelly. Because of the way they treat small children at the office, my daughter gained so much confidence that she have been able to sit on her own and control herself on the dental chair. We're so sad that we lost Dr. Kelly since I recently lost my job and my child is now on state insurance. I would strongly recommend him to any parents whom child is afraid of dentist.

Dr. Kelly has been my 4 year-old daughter's dentist for 2 years. He is a pediatiric dentist, and his facility is really kids-friendly. I think I do not have any problem with his treatment for my kid; maybe somewhat satisfied with his kindness, specially his effort to make a girl feel comfortable on the seat. Meanwhile, I cannot say that I've been pleasant with his administration staff. They miss spelled my kid's name, and asked them correct it, but no response. One mistake with appointment had me wait for an hour. A minor problem with insurance claim. Generally I wouldn't complain about Dr. Kelly's service, but the staff made me look for another pediatric dentist.

I find it very disturbing to have constant intruptions while my child is having their teeth cleaned by the staff. The dental assistant was intrupted at least 3 times and she barely acknowledged my child. With that said, I will go to another Dentist who can appreciate the time for the patient ; not giving advice how to order products to another staff while my child is getting their teeth cleaned.

I brought my three year old to see Dr. Kelly today. This is the first dental visit for my son and he is not cooperative at all. The staff there and Dr. Kelly are extremely patient and they are really good at keeping my son relaxed. I bet my son will enojy his next trip to his dentist. I am really happy that I brought my son to see Dr. Kelly.

Best pediatric dentist around! My kids LOVE going to their appointments. He is laid-back and casual, but is clearly skilled and knowledgeable. He treats his young patients respectfully, informs them of what he is doing and makes them feel comfortable with his easy manner.

Everything was going well until we missed too many appoinments (five in ten years) and got "referred out." This felt like being fired from a job. It was humiliating for myself and my daughter.

Probably one of the best doctor's offices i have ever been to. I am a doctor snob as most of my friends and family are physicians. I found the staff to be extaordinarily professional. Dr. Kelly is a wonderful person and a fabulous dentist. My 3 year old loves him and does not want to leave his office even after she had a cavity filled.
