Dr. Hermes is the only dentist I've ever seen and I would never consider switching to another dentist. His work is great and he always takes time to answer any questions or concerns I might have. I've been so pleased with his work and I would recommend him to anyone.

This is a great dentist, I've been coming here since i was a kid and I would never go anywhere else. He pays great attention to detail and makes sure everything is perfect when it comes to your treatment. Definitely the dentist to go to if you are living in the El Cajon/Rancho San Diego area!

I had a root canal about three months ago from Dr. Hermes. It was the most painful experience I have ever had. After speaking to others dentist in my area they were completely shocked at my experience. Two trips to him to finish this "minor" root canal. I say "minor", because these were his words. Many times during the procedure I told him I was in A LOT of pain, he continued to work and just blew me off. I will NEVER go back.

He is excellent with special needs kids!! Dr. Hermes has a unique way of putting you at ease and before you know it, the procedure is over.
