Worst dental experience ever! Do NOT take your child here. My poor child and I were subject to rude and painful treatment by the dentist and his office staff. So many horrible things happened at this place I can hardly believe it. But aside from the rude and uneducated staff, this dentist should NOT work with children. He almost busted my 6 year olds lip open while trying to take x-rays, instead of talking to him calmly the dentist himself shoved the film in my son's mouth causing him to gag several times. At which time we should have ran away from there and never looked back, but my son was in terrible pain and needed the extraction. Then while the numbing is happening the dentist yells at my son while he is screaming for the dentist to stop "THIS IS MY HOUSE! AND NO ONE DISRESPECTS ME IN MY HOUSE AND TELLS ME WHAT TO DO!!" During the extraction the dentist yells in my sons face that he should never eat candy again. He has scarred my child for life as far as dentists go. Instead of being patient and talking to my 2nd grader, the dentist wanted to talk over my son like he is not there and just some practice dummy on the table. All parents waiting in the waiting room here beware!!!!

Receptionist very RUDE in person and on the phone!! they should get a younger, friendlier receptionist!

I had the worst customer service experience at this office. The receptionist was EXTREMELY RUDE, rolling her eyes and speaking in an unprofessional manner, when I came in to reschedule my daughter's appointment. I came in saying "Hello" and she rolled her eyes and looked the other way. The next thing that came out of her mouth was "Whatever." She's an older woman with short hair, filipina (by her accent.) I called Dr. Sueda's residence later that day to speak to him but was informed he was not in and my message would be relayed to him when he arrived home. I never received a return call since then.

Dr. Sueda is a great dentist, my 3 year old daughter loves him. He does a great job. He talks to me, not at me. The only thing I don't care for is his staff. Anytime I call for an appointment I feel like I'm intruding on their time. Let's just say, they aren't very friendly.
I recommend Dr. Sueda for anyone with a small child. He's really great with kids! He has a great sense of humor and I never feel uncomfortable while talking to him. It's almost like talking to a friend.

An excellent dentist for my child for ten years. My child's teeth look fabulous, mostly because of Dr. Sueda's excellent planning and work. He's also a very good person. His prices are not cheap, but they are very reasonable compared to other dentists. My only complaint is that his staff can occasionally be grumpy - which is no fun for the patient or the parent of the patient. I highly recommend this dentist.
