It was so bad, DO NOT RECOMMEND. Made many people cry, waited for a hour in the waiting room, told us to leave because we were one minute late but still would make us leave. Such bad service. Does not answer questions. Such bad experience. Do your self a favor, Never come here.

Dr. Tong seem to be competent. However, do not trust any pre-treatment verbal promises from this dental provider. Have everything in writing. Review it, and make sure you understand exactly what you are responsible for in payment. Then, ensure their bills and statements are consistent with the written promise.
We discovered in our billing that their verbal promise was not honored. In our case, talking to their billing department (Cindy) after the procedure was useless. I do not know if this was the case because of her lack of, English language comprehension, ethics, or care. She just made it clear to us that the verbal agreements are meaningless to her, and rather lose potentially long term patients to prove her being right.
It was my first time in a life-time of dealing with many dental providers, which left me feeling like we have been swindled by a bait-and-switch practices.

First they told you a low price and asked you signed a document about insurance. After that, you will receive another bill that insurance not covered. All cheater! Don't believe!

Very good with the kids. Pricey but what doctor/dentist isn't....Bottom line is like I said...he's great with the kids which makes for a great environment!

My family and I have been treated by Dr. Tong and his staff for over a year. He is a very friendly doctor and good with children. I have been unhappy with prolonged waiting room times that exceed 40 minutes. It seems that two and three patients are booked at the same time. Also, I have been receiving orthodontic treatment, and he has had to move my brackets two more times since the original placement. Still, my teeth aren't moving in the right direction. I believe it is due to his fast pace........not spending enough time with his patients. For this reason, I have moved my business where my children are concerned to another pediatric dentist.

While Dr. Tong provided sufficient basic services, he is lacking in areas of patient support, professional advice and accessibility.
