My son was referred to Dr.Dane for treatment, due to his age. During our visit, I felt extremely comfortable with the doctor and dental assistants. They explained the dental procedures in a very detailed manner. Treatment was a success, my son also felt comfortable in this office. I decided to stay here for his future appointments because this office specializes in children.

This Dentist is amazing!!! She really cares about her patients and the staff is amazing too. I've been taking my daughter here since she was a baby and she loves coming here. It's my daughters first dentist and will be the only dentist until she grows up. Facility is very kid friendly, clean and they offer complimentary coffee and water. I highly recommend Dr. Dane to my family, friends or anyone who is looking for a pediatric dentist.

I had already been to this office once before and left with a bad taste.
The first time my daughter was around 3 and the dentist was very rude and mean to my kid.
She had not tact to speak to a child that had never been to the dentist before.
This second time I was referred by another dentist my first call was pleasant however it turned sour very quickly.
The person took one month before they verified insurance and only gave me an appointment after I called twice to ask what was going on.
When I arrived to the office I waited for 1 hour and 45 minutes (very unprofessional) before we saw the so called professional doctor. By this time I was obviously frustrated
and the doctor showed no sympathy. The x-rays they took were not at all good so the doctor could not diagnose and asked me " What do you want me to do".
They have horrible service and the doctor is as rude as her staff not sure where they get the "Best Doctor In Dallas" from because they are not " BEST" at all.
I will never ever go back to that office again. Always go with your gut instinct.
If it's not good the first time It will never be good!!!
About Front Desk: Simply rude unprofessional and bad appearance. They should take some professionalism and appearance classes.

Treats staff like shit...very vulgar when talking to her staff or patients with medicare...I would know I worked there...treats patients with medicare like chop liver and the patients with insurance are told they need all these unnecessary procedures and extractions just to cash in on their insurance.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE!!! We didn't see Dr. Hoang, but we saw some other dentist there. The office has photos of Dr. Hoang everywhere, but she was no where to be seen when we went. Instead, we got a HORRIBLE person who took one look at my son's teeth and basically said that they are ALL bad and the ONLY thing to do was to pull out ALL of his teeth except for 4. (My son is 5 years old and has a set of 20 teeth. They wanted to pull out 16 teeth total. RIDICULOUS!!) Then she basically called me a bad mother for "letting this happen." I don't remember this specific dentist's name, but she is the worst doctor I have ever met! HORRIBLE BED/CHAIR SIDE MANNER!! I will NEVER go back and would NOT recommend this office to ANYONE!!! I took my son to a different pediatric dentist and absolutely LOVED him! He SAVED and FIXED ALL of my son's teeth except for ONE! He's also very gentle and great with my son. The staff is also very professional and I just loved them too. I'm so glad I decided to get a second option and not listen to this STUPID "dentist" who says pulling out ALL of his teeth was the ONLY option. I seriously hope this place gets shut down. And judging by all the bad reviews I've seen on this place, I'm not the only one.
About Front Desk: Not only are the doctor's bad, the front desk staff is horrible too!! We have medicaid and when the front desk girl was trying to get us to schedule another appointment, she had the nerve to say that if we didn't, they will cancel our medicaid. What?? I can easily just go to a different doctor, who the hell are you to do that?? This whole office is just plain stupid. Never again.

don't ever make the mistake of taking your child there. My child is only 2 years old. She met with us for 2 minutes and she didn't want me to ask any questions, she told me my child has cavities didn't explain anything to me, when I asked her questions she was clearly upset she just wanted to leave for lunch, then I sked what is the best way to brush his teeth she put her finger in his eye and and started brushing real hard my poor baby was realy scared.

i only had one office visit in 2007, trying to find treatment for my daughter's baby teeth. to my surprise, this lady, good-looking on pictures, was really rough and impatient when taking care of patient and parents. she didn't even smile. we didn't go back of course. Shame.

I think this dentist could take a child psychology 101 course. Instead of using positive reinforcement, this doctor and some of the staff demonstrated a lack of encouragement before we even had stepped into the back area to work on my child. One of the assistants started off with "you better not be bad or you cannot get (the exit prize) that".
They had become indignant when I asked to come back with my child. We had to go back out in to the waiting room and let everyone else go ahead of us. I am not sure, but I think that was part of my punishment for asking to come back. I especially do not want my 5 year old to be alone someplace where I am not welcome with him.
It was my first time meeting this dentist. (We had another wonderful dentist before here. I had felt so lucky to have found this office.) Dr. Dane Hoang did not have any verbal greeting for me. My son was reluctant to sit down wihout me right by him. He had a spacer that had fallen out and needed to be replaced. She said "I will not replace this if it comes out again". She told us to not eat any more chewy or hard candies. Our family limits these confections, but she already had it pegged as our fault for the spacer coming loose.
Don't worry, we won't be back again!!

Very nice staff, and Dr. Dane is such a great dentist. She took away all the fear of my 3 year old princess and made a beautiful filling. worth every penny.
