If you are looking for a quality, honest dental clinic for your children, this office is worth checking out. We have used Dr. K for over 14 years. He put braces on 2 of my two older children and will tell you straight up the cost involved for all procedures.
His staff is responsive and the lobby has a fun play area. My 23 y/o recently moved out on her own and STILL wants to use Dr. K. They have some Sat hours and Thurs evenings, which as a working mom has been a life saver.

Dr. Kramer is the BEST dentist ever. He has treated all 5 of my kids. We have know him for over 10 years and as my youngest child has needed much work done our insurance had changed. We had to go to another dentist and she was terrible. She scared him and he was so afraid to go to the dentist. I didn't know what to do. In tears I phoned Dr. Kramer's office, they saw my son immediately and after 3 long appointments to fix some errors and take care of the rest of his mouth. He is one happy kid and as scared as he was, Dr. Kramer was absolutely awesome. As well as the hygienists! And the entire office staff was so wonderful with a tearful mom that didn't think she would make it through watching her son so sad. AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME. Hands down, I will never go to another dentist again. I wish he saw adults!!!!

I probably took my son there when he was 4 or so and he has been seen at the Burke office for 20 years. Dr. Kramer is very good with ADHD and all kids. Very gentle and kind.

Dr. Kramer is a wonderful dentist. He is very nice, friendly and knows what he is doing. He is the painless dentist, I have had a number of teeth extracted and I have never experienced any pain from it. If you are looking for a friendly, kind, and fun dentist, I would highly recommend him.

Our 7 yr old daughter needed 4 cavities filled due to a defect in the enamel of her teeth. Dr. Kramer was patient, kind and made her feel (and me) at ease. His office has a very nice play area for siblings to play while waiting. At each visit, Dr. Kramer sat down with me to detail the process, procedures needed (and reason why) as well as detailed cost for the next visit. I would definitely recommend Dr. Kramer as a pediatric dentist. His office staff was quick, efficient and friendly.

Dr Kramer has been treating my kids for over 10 years. He is prevention oriented and takes great pride in his work. He was recommended to me as my older child has a bad gag reflex that makes most dental procedures difficult. Dr. Kramer is able to work through this problem. I find the staff very friendly and easy to deal with. The office is clean and run very efficiently. They will submit your claim to your insurance company. My children have had very few dental problems (cavities and such) which I attribute to their prevention philosophy. My children never complain about going to the dentist, but they do complain when I make them brush and floss.

Dr. Kramer had treated both my children since they were preschoolers through high school. They both have beautiful healthy smiles and actually enjoyed going to his office. The entire staff was always very pleasant to deal with.

Dr. Kramer has been a wonderful dentist for our children. A friend recommended him, and we have been grateful for the recommendation. He does a great job of putting and keeping kids at ease while treating them. Plus, (and this is the best part), he has called us up in the afternoon or evening after every single filling to make sure our kid was doing okay. Can you believe that?!

I began seeing Dr.Kramer when I was 2 years old and saw him all the way until my college years. He is absolutely one of the kindest, most gentle dentists to work with. The atomosphere is always friendly. I plan on taking my children to him!

Dr. Kramer is very sensitive to the needs of children, from the very young to older children. My son has needed a great deal of work over the years and we have been very satisfied with this practice.
