my 7 yr old granddaughter fell and fractured her front per many tooth late Sunday evening. I tried to contact our family dentist no response. early Monday morning I started calling pediatric dentists. I was a bit panicked. after many calls to many dentists who couldn't/ wouldn't fit her in...I got referred to this office. the office manager was wonderful. fit her in in 1 hour. my granddaughter was very nervous. dr. carter and staff were more than compassionate and put us both at ease immediately. I am so grateful for the speedy and thorough exam. because of the type of fracture we had to be referred to a endodontist. I can only hope to have the same experience there. thank you.

cleaning teach and had fillins. I have been going there for a while now. My insurance always has covered the cost. I was nervious the first time i went to Dr. Dowson. I was also nervious when i got my fillins done the first time they gave me gas to calm me down, but i was still wake. Dr. Dowson was so nice and comferted me. I would recommend her to a friend or anyone.

I took my 3 year old for her first dentist appointment. She was very afraid and cried for most of the visit. Dr. Carter & Dr. Dawson have HORRIBLE bedside manner and bullied my child into submission. I was there and am sorry to say that I let them do this, I believe I was stunned that they would say mean things to a child. Both doctors told my daughter that if she did not stop crying, mommy would have to leave while they did the exam, I would NOT have left, but she was scared and believed them. Needless to say we will not be back and I would like to warn parents that have children that are scared NOT to go to this dentist, I am VERY sorry I did.
