He is very knowledgeable dentist in treating patient. Cost effective. He pays great attention to all the little things. Though sometime hard to communicate, he has always ready to help.

front office and hygienists are always nice but the dr always on the phone

It took more ansthesia than I thought necessary based on previous dental surgery. Staff, front desk, are pushy, appointments get changed and then not properly re-entered. They do call to remind of appointment schedule. Costs above insurance coverage is high. Dr. does explain procedures and takes time to answer questions. He does seem to have too many patients at the same time -- runs back and forth between patients. Too much time waiting in dental chair - causes anxiety. Efficiency/ capability/ technique of dental staff not all at = level. Dr. does do a final check of all work.

Referred for an urgent matter- told to return in 6 weeks with x-rays, next visit told to reschedule in 6 more weeks because he needed more x-rays- receptionist was disrespectful and pushy- they were not on my plan but kept pushing me to do the deep cleaning with them instead of my regular dentist. I;m going elsewhere instead of the 3rd scheduled "consultation".
