This doctor did nothing for me. He never sent the letter to my dentist as he promised he would. When I checked back, he told me , "it is too bad for you that I did not send the letter". He, in my opinion is too old and unprofessional to still be a denist. As it turns out my dentist (Dr. Wehle) is no longer referring any patients to him. She (Dr. Wehle) has gotten back too many negative reports about him. I would highly suggest finding anothet real professional.

He is capable and seems to do a good job. However his customer service is extremely poor, specifically Luann, who "bit my head off" when I asked questions to get information and clarification. Rude is not a strong enough word.
Also had a biopsy taken and the doctor did not call me back with the results before going on vacation when the results were already available. They acted surprised when I called for the results and said,"Oh! Nobody called you?" I did not get the results for 2 1/2 weeks. Extremely unprofessional. This is nerve wracking when they suggest it might be cancerous.

Dr. Poulas is one of the sweetest doctors I've ever met. He is gentle, kind, thorough, and painless. He did a wonderful job on my 2 implants - even hygenists think they're real and you can't get a better recommendation than that! His staff is also very kind and they have a beautiful new office over by Good Samaritan Hospital that is so beautiful, you forget you're not in a spa! I'd recommend them to everyone!
