He is capable and seems to do a good job. However his customer service is extremely poor, specifically Luann, who "bit my head off" when I asked questions to get information and clarification. Rude is not a strong enough word.
Also had a biopsy taken and the doctor did not call me back with the results before going on vacation when the results were already available. They acted surprised when I called for the results and said,"Oh! Nobody called you?" I did not get the results for 2 1/2 weeks. Extremely unprofessional. This is nerve wracking when they suggest it might be cancerous.
