It was a painful experience with the dental office. Dr. Lee was careless when giving me shots. I felt badly by those shots. After treatment, I went back and told him a few times that I felt my teeth were wiggling, he did not seem to care.
The office claimed the higher price to both of my insurance companies and still kept my deposit. We tried to get our deposit back, the worker Robyn always made excuses. Their reason is really ridicules, they said Cigna will maybe take the payment back, so they could not refund my deposit. I had to call Cigna in their office to make them confront with Cigna. The dental office still has my deposit.
This is a used car dealership office.

All in all good experience. Cost is comparable to other dentists in the area. Dr. Lee is not a great communicator, could use some help there, but medically I have no complaints. Staff is nice and concerned and somewhat makes up for Dr. Lee's communication impairments... Implant procedure went well, healing progress was checked often and carefully.

The best doctor for implants. He is also the nicest and most caring dentist I have ever gone to. He has the best office staff you could ever ask for. Highly Recommended!!!
