Dr.BeBois saved my teeth and gums and is very friendly and thoughtful and I would recommend him and his Hygienist to anyone.Matter of fact I am just moved and I'm going to call him today to get a referral to a new regular dentist.I trust Dr. DeBois to find me someone good .That is how I feel about him.Trust, and that is hard to find these days.

About Front Desk: very,very nice.

Dr. Dubois was very good at answering questions and patiently explaining, also at discussing and giving options. Most of all, he had done the assessment, then got into surgery and decided that I needed additional work on adjacent teeth, which he did at no extra charge. That was a pleasant surprise and, I thought, very kind of him. Overall, I would recommend him to others.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Du Bois for over 10 years. Between us we've had gum surgeries for gingivitis, periodontal cleanings, implants and extractions. At first I thought him to have a gruff demeanor (we found that he is from MI and really can't help it - he's just a man of few words). But as we got to know him, I found him to be compassionate and caring (he personally makes surgery follow up calls) and he takes the time to explain issues and options. He also seems to keep up with the solutions that technology brings. We both like Dr. Du Bois himself very much. The negative, and it is significant, to the whole "Dr Du Bois experience", if I may call it that, is his office staff. He has an office manager who is loud and opinionated and who doesn't hesitate to argue with the Dr. even while we are being treated. I found this very disquieting. And it's not just the loudness, but the office manager is also willful and vindicative when she doesn't get her way (i.e. we wanted copies of medical records to consult another doctor and she refused but was overruled by the Dr.). But she, probably unknown to him, made up punitive prices for us and we ended up having to leave his practice.
