A step back into the 60's. Dr Anderson does not like computers, thus does not have one. All paperwork was filled out on outdated "standard" forms which BCBS had difficulty understanding. Dr Anderson does not have an x-ray machine & depends fully on your dentist to provide any. This is truly a seat-of-the-pants operation.
