Major problem requiring dentures. They took x-rays and sent them to the insurance. They rejected having a full upper and repairing lowers. It had to be both uppers and lowers to be approved. Doctor said she'd re-submit and I didn't need to do anything. Two and a half months later, nothing had happened. She had dropped the ball. Tried to blame me. When I went to another dentist, she refused to give me MY x-rays so had to have them taken again. They were quite rude in the office. Also, not much English spoken in that place.
