While his staff, both front office and back, are very friendly and caring...the dentist himself does not seem to care about the comfort of the patient and has a bit of an arrogant air around him. If you are looking for a dentist that will put your mind at ease, I would not suggest going here, especially for the price you pay and the fact he is not on one SINGLE insurance plan in the state.

Roman and his staff have always been top notch with care and treatments. I use Roman not only for my special needs but have been so impressed with him that I use him for cleanings and all my dentisit needs. I would recommend him to any one.

The entire staff creates an atmosphere of positive well being. I was especially impressed with the office manager, Marcie Murphy.

Dr. Lobodiak made my dental implant teeth in 1986. It has been a complete sucess story. I have never had any problems what so ever with my teeth. I would recommend Dr. Lobdiak to anyone and have done so in the past. I was one of the first patients that the implant procedure was completed on in the Tulsa area. Dr. Lobodiak's treatment was superior. I could not have gotten better service. His office staff have always been professional and most helpful.

While Dr. Lobodiak himself is extremely competent and compassionate, his staff can come across as overbearing. Everything about my interaction with the doctor has been unbeatable, from his gentle and painless syringe technique to his apparent concern for his patients' long term satisfaction. In addition, their hygenist (Bridgette?) is very sympathetic and delicate, having done her job without aggravating my already serious pain.
On the downside, the girls in the office can be overbearing, pushy, and just a bit too intimate or informal for my tastes. They behave as though the office-patient relationship is personal.
Take this with a grain of salt though, since I've just started my treatment with the firm.

I was very happy with Dr. Lobodiak and his entire staff. I went to him after having teeth pulled and a lower denture made for me by someone else. I was having lots of problems and Dr. Lobodiak was a great change. He fixed the problems and helped me a great deal.

His staff is extremely competent, and works with you to accomodate your schedule. He has early morning and late afternoon appointments. Dr. Lobodiak is very knowledgeable, skilled, and friendly.
