X-Rays.. Very quick and efficient.. *wonderfully* *pleasant* *polite* *courteous* and *respectful* staff. The next day involved a follow-up extraction by their associate dentist in the same office. And i feel it is IMPORTANT to note.. there was absolutely NO pain after the anesthetic wore off. The dentist who did the extraction is obviously *very* capable and efficient.

About Front Desk: *BEST* staff i've ever met in a dentist's office. They were very polite, welcoming, and efficient. And all *fine* looking ladies if i may be so bold... :-) Inspired me to *gift* them with books of poetry on the subject of 'love' that i had written. :-)

I have been with this dentist office since I moved from New York. I thought the dentist was nice and professional. Having said that I still saw the dentist and the staff as professional until 10/20/2015. I had a filling done in 2009 that recently fell off because I tripped and fell over my dog, so obviously, I wanted to have the filling replaced. I made an appointment for 12 noon, When I got there I was told that I had an option of either filling the teeth again or getting a crown done. I chose to do a filling and then wanted an appointment to have a crown done before Christmas of this year. I fail to mention that there is a consultant named Pam who came in the office that I was sitting in and tried to sell me on a crown, I told her I do not want the crown at this time, just a filling. She left, then returned and told me that I need to come bank for my appointment because the doctor has no time. I was so shocked because I totally realized that I was being dismissed because I did not want to do the crown, she (Pam) was sent to upsell me and because I chose not to do a crown, she(Pam) dismissed me. I Will NEVER GO BACK THERE. Just to think I have been going there for so many years. THAT IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT PEOPLE.

I had the worst dental experience of my life at Griffith Dental. I went in for a cleaning with NO Pain. Was told that I had 4 cavities, and I was surprised but that is why I go so I can catch issues early. Well, what a mistake I made, shame on me for not asking to see the X-rays before treatment. This is the LAST time I will blindly trust any "professional". After the numbness wore off, I was in such pain I went right back in the next morning. I ended up being in pain for 2 months, and being lied to and told there was nothing else he could do for me, so don't come back, I sought another dentist who had to replace 3 of the fillings and do a root canal and crown, ONLY then did the pain subside. Since my insurance was over billed from Griffith and my benefits used up -I had to come out of pocket for the work that was done. Only after going to another dentist did I realize the poor quality of care at Griffith Dental. To help me out, the new Dentist did not charge me for the 3 fillings he had to replace, and gave me a discount on the root canal and crown. I don't usually write reviews, but I don't want anyone else to experience what I did. The pain was unbearable.

About Front Desk: I have never been treated so poorly by a front office staff. When I came in and was in so much pain, the person at the front desk was so very rude. After I got back to see the "dentist", she did come back and apologize. But every time I came in I could clearly see I was not welcome.

Went for a routine cleaning. Since I had just had x rays 6 months earlier I decided for the first time to not have them as the staff was running 30 minutes late on my appointment. They called for the office manager who came in and said they could no longer care for me if I refused x rays. I have never refused x rays before but I feel that call should have been my respected choice.

About Front Desk: They were all polite.

About Hygienist: Very rude. She said in the past I have refused x rays with her, but I have never been seen by her. I always saw Rebecca who left last year. Rebecca did a fantastic job in the past. This new hygienist was so rude and not truthful.

Not only did he send me to an endodontist that was out of my insurance network, he then lied about it straight to my face and wouldn't take any responsibility for my over a thousand dollar endo bill, now both of the two crowns he did are horrible, one is a weird color and I now need a root canal on the other one he did. Horrible person Horrible work wouldn't send anyone there

About Hygienist: The only thing good about this practice was the hygienist

My first visit! Very impressed with him and his staff. All were exptremely professional and courtious. The staff at the front desk went over all of my treatments and explained the cost of everything up front! Yaaa! Have had bad experiences in the past with other dentists but believe I have found a winner Thanks

My daughter had a root canal (not by dr griffith) but he did the crown. She suffered on and off for 3 years. Constant gum infections, needing anti-biotics. He told us that if he were to remove the crown to check it out, we would have to pay another $400 for a new one. I took her to the oral surgeon who removed the crown and said the the crown was improperly sized and placed that is cut into the gum causing infections. They had to pull her tooth, and scrape out the infection from the hole and another round of anti-biotics. She is a beautiful 20 year old. We have since moved to another dentist. Dr Griffith explanations was, "I am just a general dentist, we all make mistakes. It seemed to us that it was all about the money.
