My daughter had a root canal (not by dr griffith) but he did the crown. She suffered on and off for 3 years. Constant gum infections, needing anti-biotics.
He told us that if he were to remove the crown to check it out, we would have to pay another $400 for a new one. I took her to the oral surgeon who removed the crown and said the the crown was improperly sized and placed that is cut into the gum causing infections.
They had to pull her tooth, and scrape out the infection from the hole and another round of anti-biotics. She is a beautiful 20 year old. We have since moved to another dentist. Dr Griffith explanations was, "I am just a general dentist, we all make mistakes. It seemed to us that it was all about the money.
