Not at all pleased with this dental facility. First impression when walking in, should be a dead give away that this is a sub par dental office. Outdated, dingy, staff unfriendly, equipment outdated...seemed like a lack of knowledge everywhere! Definitely won't be going back.

This was the rudest dentist I have ever had. Came in took 20 xrays once they knew I had two insurance companies. Then left me waiting for 50 minutes eventhough I was early to the appt. Came in didnt't even introduce himself , looks and says I need a major procedure eventhough I had it done 5 months before. Saw me for 4 minutes exactly . Rude staff and run down office. Definetaly DO NOT recommend this doctor.

They took x-rays - and then as soon as they found out I had insurance took MORE x-rays. I had cavities that had been confirmed by two previous dentists that Dr Welch insisted I did not have - after poking exactly 10 times in my mouth (2 of which stuck). The dentist was VERY rude when I asked him to double check the cavities. Their office was old and run down and the equipment was out of date. The people both behind the desk and dental assistants were rude and short with me. They filed my insurance incorrectly and were a pain to deal with when I needed copies of my x-rays. I never went back for a cleaning and found a new dentist who was able to confirm the cavities (in the same places as the previous two dentists) and fill them.
