Absolutely the worst experience ever in a dentist office after 35 years of receiving dental care. Over $300 in undisclosed charges and fees. Dentist was condescending and rude to me and his assistants and would curse openly. Filling did not wear evenly over time and had roughness and sharp edges. I'm very displeased and would highly discourage any patient from walking into that office.

No treatment, but yet they love to charge to people. When you do not confirm the appointment, they will still charge you. The office personal is terrible. Who can trust this office to make the appointment when they are so rude.They could have been a bit nicer, it won't hurt .... The Doctor is ok, but I will never deal with the girls in that office again. When they forgot to call you back, they never said they are sorry...cos it was not her. This was the word from the office manage. Does it matter who supposed to call, if your office personal was supposed to call, but did not. You are supposed to say "Sorry" first... then we can discuss more business. They use one system to leave a message only one way that we specify, but they will call any number including non specify numbers to ask for review that never taken place. How odd!. How is that. they never call back and say, in this case we will charge you the fee of $50. When we call to make an appointment, they will tell us "unless you pay $50, we an not giving you the appointment" they could call, when they said they would to explain all this.. Until we received the bill in the mail we had no idea what had happened. I was thinking to report to the consumer reporter.

first time ever getting a crown and dr. Dubin's service was great. he is fully equipped with the best equipment and tools and is really old school, strait to the point and gets you all better quick! he also recommends the best specialist if needed!dr. dubin is by far the best dentist I've seen in over 16yrs. thank you dr. dubin for making my smile look great again! and also for working so gentle and checking on how I feel through the whole procedure.

I had broke two of my old filling, and needed two crowns. It doesn't matter where you go for crowns; they are costly, so I don't have much to say about cost. The procedure was easy with little pain; Dr. Dubin is very good at pain control. I'm very glad I found Dr. Dubin and his crew, because they were able to get me in, and get me started for new crowns. He always takes the time to answer any question I have before the treatments, and he puts them in a way that is easy to understand.

About Front Desk: I really like the family atmosphere. and they were able to answer all my question regarding treatment and my insurance.

About Hygienist: While I was there I had a Hygienist that only comes in when needed. Hopefully she is there every time I get a cleaning, because she is great at what she does, and she answers any questions that you may have.

I needed a crown replaced and Dr. Dubin was able to quickly get me in and replace the crown. It was painless and the crown fit well.

General exam was done efficiently with no pain. I would recommend Dr. Dubin to others.

Dr. Dubin picked up the phone as if he was home and had an attitude when asked, "Is this the dental office" in addition, he was a bit rude because I had missed an appointment due to emergency. I left a message on answering service and tried to explain this, he said hold on (abruptly) and some woman got on the phone-just as rude. I would not recommend such an unprofessional office as it is a negative, God forbid you have a family emergency and call them 4 hours before your appointment. .cannot make it. it MUST be 24 hours (defeats definition of emergency)

The office is in a great location right off 370 experienced dentist friendly staff Thiis dentist has been doing this for many years he knows what he is doing

Dear Dr. Dubin, Lori, and staff, my first visit to your office was a very pleasurable experience! Your professionalism in all matters was greatly appreciated. Dr. Dubin explained everything to my husband and me in a very detailed-oriented manner. Lori, too, explained the billing and scheduling part in the very same manner. It is very rare in this day and age to find such courteous and professional individuals. I must say my husband and I appreciate the time spent with you, today, and look forward to our next visit.
