Dear Dr. Dubin, Lori, and staff, my first visit to your office was a very pleasurable experience! Your professionalism in all matters was greatly appreciated. Dr. Dubin explained everything to my husband and me in a very detailed-oriented manner. Lori, too, explained the billing and scheduling part in the very same manner. It is very rare in this day and age to find such courteous and professional individuals. I must say my husband and I appreciate the time spent with you, today, and look forward to our next visit. About Front Desk: Lori was extremely friendly and efficient. Answered all questions and concerns. She was also very helpful in setting up a date and time and a referral for me to go to an oral surgeon.
