Love Dr Hester. He does not recommend any unnecessary procedures or cosmetic needs. He told me right from start that I have good teeth and routine cleaning is all I will ever need.

This dentist will not provide you proper dental care. I had to spend hundreds of dollars out of my pocket just to repair the atrophy that was caused by Dr. Hester's poor cleanings. His office and all his instruments are from the 70's so the patient doesn't get any benefits from new technology and he would constantly leave to pick up the phone during my visits leaving me in the chair sometimes for 5 to 10 minutes at a time. No one should go here. I'm considering legal action to pay for my expenses.

I have gone to Dr. Hester regularly for at least the past six years, for checkups, cleaning, and several crowns. In addition to being highly competent, Dr Hester is the most friendly and courteous dentist I've ever gone to (a span of 70 years). He is very conscious of the limits of my insurance, and works to minimize my own cost. His office is "bare bones" (no spa, that), and the front-desk help can be off-putting. But for what counts, he's an A+. I'm not his cousin or anything, just a satisfied patient who's typically pretty difficult to satisfy. - TK

I had an office visit with Dr. Hester and his respect and courtesy was a breath of fresh air. He makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable. My visit was to get a second opinion on a procedure that was completed previously by another dentist. He also did a repair. I got immediate relief once the repair was completed. I have scheduleded another visit with him.
The office assistant was very kind also.

Wouldn't recommend. The front desk tended to be rude and not helpful. Billing was difficult with some problems. There were no hygienists.

This doctor is very nice and know Spanish as well. Background music can help you elimate your fear. Close to the public transportation stations.

Excellent! Dr. Hester is very caring. From the minute you walk in the door you feel like you are his number one priority.

He was a very nice guy. However, I felt kind of rushed & some of his equipment looked really old & kind of dusty. But he seems to have done a pretty good job.

Dr. Hester is a very qualified general dentist. He does very good work, and has good chair-side manners. He is not stingy on anesthetic, coming from someone with sensitive teeth. The costs here are in line with others, but don't plan on using a credit card here. They will file with most insurance carriers, including Blue Cross/Blue Shield . I would recommend him to anyone!
