I would NOT recommend this dentist, high prices and if you have trouble paying, they will slander your name to the next dentist who calls to get your chart from. They are only interested in paying for their overpriced building and going on mission trips to Guatamala.

I've been getting disillusioned with Dr. Kellogg. When I started out as a patient, it was a great place. The staff are always very friendly and helpful and I'm happy with my cleanings, but there are some things which I am not very happy about. First, since it was mentioned above, the facilities are getting dated. I don't much care about a luxury experience at the dentist, I'm just saying. My biggest gripes are the fact that Dr. Kellogg is considered a "Premier" dentist by Delta Dental, which means my dental insurance only pays 50% of non cleaning procedures, compared with 100% for a non-Premiere dentist. My other BIG gripe is that Dr. Kellogg is only in the office three days a week - and for this we pay premium prices. I had a cleaning appointment in the past on a day when he wasn't in the office, so I was not seen by an actual dentist on that visit. On my last visit, Dr. Kellogg spent all of 45 seconds with me. On procedures, I have had fillings replaced and it has taken more than a year for the pain to go away (when chewing). Now, I don't know if this is a problem with my teeth, or a problem with the dentist, but I've received no recommendation/solution from Dr. Kellogg.

About Hygienist: The hygienists are good here. I've never had a problem nor heard about any in the years I've been a patient. This is what keeps me from rating the overall experience one star.

Extremely helpful staff, very pleasant atmosphere, always very accomidating! Temporary crown fell off on Christmas day and Dr. came in even though he was on vacation to help me with this! Amazing! No one does that! This place ROCKS!! Staff is very, very nice- and they do everything they can to make the dentist visit the most enjoyable ever! My 5 year old son through a crazy fit when they were trying to clean his teeth- the staff was so pleasant with him and very understanding. Always ready with an IMMEDIATE solution to our oral health care issues! Tracey, David, Katy and Andrew Grant

When I took my children to Dr. Kellogg for the first time, they recommended a lot of dental work be done that day (I was there for cleaning only). They explained to me that I would only owe a certain amount of money, and the rest would be covered by my insurance. They even had me sign a statement with the total amount I would have to pay. Weeks later, after paying the amount I was responsible for that day, I received a bill for another large amount which my insurance company did not cover. I was told the day of the appointments that they contacted my insurance company, and assured that the statement I signed was all I would owe. They are now attempting to collect over $100 more than they promised me I owed. Do not go to this dentist! He is great at the work he does, but as far as billing, he has scammed me. I refuse to pay this money, and only wish I had a copy of the form they had me sign to prove that I only owed the amount they told me. I'm sure they will destroy that form and continue to come after me.
